Sharing her journey from student teacher to practising teacher, she spoke about making the most of the B.Ed. programme, building strong teaching skills, managing time and staying focused on goals. She encouraged the freshers to take part actively in college activities, value their teachers' guidance and approach their training with confidence and a positive attitude.
The session was interactive and inspiring, and the first year student teachers found it helpful as they began their journey in the teaching profession. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
The programme gave the freshers motivation and a clear sense of direction. Her success as a teacher shortly after completing the course showed them what they can achieve. The college thanks Kavya Sankar for returning to share her experience with her juniors.
